The Company is based in the South of Market District of San Francisco and provides services throughout the immediate Bay Area.
Services
West Bay is a full service janitorial and building maintenance company focused on providing superior quality at a reasonable price. In particular, West Bay has a few niche areas of expertise where our track record speaks for itself:
Residential
West Bay provides post construction cleaning, punch-listing and warranty support services to several of the premier new residential multi family projects built in San Francisco since 1999. These include developments in Pacific Heights, North Beach, South Beach and the Sunset districts. West Bay’s competitive edge comes from the level of onsite supervision provided and our unique understanding of how the development process works from our own real estate development and property management experience.
Our residential services also include customized cleaning and day porter services to several condominium homeowner associations in San Francisco. These services are scoped and priced in great detail so that the needs of the HOA can be met at a price they can afford. West Bay also provides residential facility management and maintenance services on request, either on a full time basis or as required.
Office
West Bay
provides both daytime and night janitorial services to a variety of different
types of office buildings in San Francisco. All services are closely
supervised and supported by a follow up quality control program. Carpet
cleaning and other specialty services are provided as requested.
Construction Clean Up
West Bay
provides flexible construction clean up services to general contractors.
Corporate Status and Ownership
West Bay is not a signatory to any collective bargaining agreement nor does it have a collective bargaining obligation with any labor organization whatsoever. We are proud to advise you that West Bay is a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE).
Holly Silvera-Newman is the sole owner and principal of West Bay. She has over 12 years of experience in the property management industry and has personally run the West Bay janitorial business since January 1999. Adrian Newman, a Canadian Chartered Accountant, is the CFO and has extensive experience as a senior financial executive in the real estate and property management industries.
