of 24/7 has a combined experience of over 50 years of overseeing janitorial operations
in a multitude of commercial and medical office properties. 24/7 is not a participant
in any collective bargaining agreement.
Jeffrey White, previously a
real estate property/asset manager for over 20 years and with more than 10 years
experience managing janitorial companies, oversees all management and operations.
Jeffrey is a part of a knowledgeable ownership and senior management group including
Holly Silvera-Newman and Adrian Newman, owner operators of the
San Francisco affiliated company, West Bay Building Maintenance Company, Inc.
Lauren White manages office administration and accounting. Ms.White
has over 15 years of management experience in the service industry and has worked
in the janitorial business for over 6 years. She is familiar with labor law and
all facets of business accounting practices. Ms.White also handles customer service
and client liaison duties.
Operations
Jamie Castellanos, Manager, Operations, supervises the
night staff in all buildings. Mr. Castellanos has worked in the cleaning industry
for over 15 years, starting as a cleaner and working his way up through the ranks
of the industry. He provides quality control and ensures that client requests
for services are met in a timely manner. Mr. Castellanos is experienced in all
methods and procedures of cleaning office and medical office buildings. His strong
labor management skills provide excellent leadership and discipline for all 24/7
employees. In addition, our Los Angeles Janitorial Service has a full staff of Area Supervisors
managing nightly operations in multiple buildings and, Route Cleaners,
expert carpet cleaners and floor refinishers responsible for periodic maintenance
in all buildings.
